Updating drac firmware
Bootable ISO, plus a few manual updates is what we did. Updates are posted on com Tested on a few R730 test boxes, works again.
/story/2003494 Operators and deployers (such as tripleo) need the ability to flash the firmware on Dell EMC hardware to specific versions before provisioning baremetal servers. A manual clean step will be added to the Redfish Management class to initiate firmware update. Each dictionary will represent a single firmware update, and will contain a URI to the firmware image.
Perhaps there was a network glitch, or the download timed out, or there was a problem with the FTP server. All we know is that this screen appeared, and when we tried again to use the Lifecycle Controller, we found that it was frozen: Copyright © by the contributing authors.

Twitter Post about i DRACs needing manual update before they will download updates via internet. It's not like i DRAC 8 (and by extension 7) are really old or something...
(Fans never spin down.) After doing some research I noticed people suggested it was due to bad firmware of i DRAC Express.
I downloaded that and figured I could just boot it and update the firmware, well not quite yet.
