18 25 year old dating catholic church views on dating
5 years later and we're still together and happy asf.And really were on the same path together so just because you're older doesn't mean you're ahead of anyone else It's not disgusting but like @aundralyn said it's kinda weird. I was 18, a high school SENIOR and was dating someone who was 25.If you're looking for something more long-term and serious, you might want to go for someone a bit older. In the last few years (I'm 32), I've dated women aged 20 - 35.It was something very significant in my life and my first love and I grew so much from it and learned so much. When I was 18, I dated someone who was 27, and it worked.Just be ready to go at her pace, don't expect her to follow yours. If you two mesh well together and you're not her teacher or something, I'd say it's all good. You're not breaking any laws, so the real question is if the relationship works for both of you. We got along great and the age gap was no issue at all.I really loved him, it was a beautiful relationship but as most people here are saying, it most likely won't be your last relationship.
The fact that she's actually smart and mature about things is what made it different from the other girls her age.
I know i shouldn't care about what other people think but I don't want anybody thinking wrongly of the guy just because he's dating an 18 year old. You grow up so much from the ages 18-25 that no matter how grown up or mature you could be for your age, you just aren't in the same place. Not in a patronizing way or anything (obviously there's nothing wrong with being that age, or a kid lol), that's just... I think every situation and relationship is different but nah, I'm definitely going to be weary of a dude off the bat if he is into 18 year olds.
